"You must restart your computer to apply these changes" pops up every time I boot into Windows
Hi, I have an HP Pavilion laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 and every time I boot into Windows I get the following pop-up which appears twice: It doesn't matter how many time I reboot, I still get the same annoying pop-up every time. I can click "Restart Later" and carry on using Windows, but that's not the point. The only clues I have are that it appears to be related to the following drivers: Windows Updates is telling me it's up-to-date but when I check Device Manager, I have 7 listings of "Unknown Device" under Other Devices plus two other drivers which are showing a yellow explanation mark with the usual "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)" - the two drivers are: Microsoft 6to4 Adapter and Microsoft ISATAP Adapter. I have tried reinstalling these drivers in the usual way using Device Manager, plus I have tried reinstalling all the listed drivers from the HP website which relate to this laptop, but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas as this is really annoying. Thanks & regards
